About the Holiday Pop-Ups
The Holiday Pop-Up Shops were created in 2012 with the goal to support small businesses and bring local shopping to one central hub making it easier for OKC residents and visitors to shop local during the holiday season.
The Pop-Ups moved to Midtown in 2013 and to its permanent location on the corner of NW 10th and Hudson in 2014.
Many vendors who participated in the 2012 event still set up in our geodesic domes every holiday season. Some have since opened brick-and-mortars or relocated to the downtown area.
The event has grown each year thanks to partners like the Bishop John Carroll School’s Christmas tree lot, Katiebug’s hot chocolate and the Big Friendly beer bus.

ABOUT THE POP-UPS TEAM
Allison Barta Bailey
With a background in retail consulting, Allison created the Holiday Pop-Up Shops in 2012. Since then, she has become a real estate broker with a focus on downtown retail. Each year, she inspires her team to "make Midtown merry" with her passion to support small businesses.
Cléo interned for the Holiday Pop-Ups in 2013 and has been living, breathing and sleeping holiday cheer every year since. Her favorite day of the year is Black Friday when the team gets to sit back and watch visitors fill up the domes (unless there is an ice storm). When she’s not planning the Pop-Ups or the Industry Flea, Cléo is handling employee communications for the City of OKC or visiting her family in France.
John joined the Pop Ups team in 2015 after a career as a small business owner with experience in event logistics. During the Holiday season you’ll find John keeping a watchful eye over the domes to ensure our vendors have a pleasant experience. As self appointed ‘Mayor’ of the Pop Up shops, you’ll most likely find John donning a top hat and spreading holiday cheer.
