A one-day open-air market from the Holiday Pop-Ups team
hosted in Midtown.

The Pop-Up Market is a one-day open-air market featuring local small businesses. For one day only, come visit the Pop-Up Market on the corner of NW 10th & Hudson to shop from 60+ local shops and makers. From vintage finds to women’s clothing, leather goods, and books, the Pop-Up Market will have something unique for everyone!

The Pop-Up Market is put on by the Independent Shopkeepers Association, the team behind the Holiday Pop-Up Shops.

These spaces are ideal for brand activations, samples, demos, giveaways and community outreach. They are designed for engagement and visibility, not traditional retail sales. FAQ FOR VENDORS

What is the Pop-Up Market?

The Pop-Up Market is a one-day open-air market featuring local small businesses. The event is taking place in the heart of Midtown, at NW 10th & Hudson. The market is put on by the Independent Shopkeepers Association (ISA), the team behind the Holiday Pop-Up Shops.

When is the Pop-Up Market?

The Pop-Up Market will be hosted on March 28, June 6 and October 3.

What are the operating hours?

We are open 10 AM- 4 PM. Times are subject to change depending on the weather.

When is the deadline to apply?

The deadline to apply for the March event is 11:59 p.m. on February 27.

Who is eligible to apply?

Locally-owned businesses and makers, regardless of membership, are eligible to apply. Businesses must be independently owned and reside in Oklahoma. Direct sales, franchise, and national chains are not eligible.

What is each vendor responsible for?

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent or any furniture to merchandise their space with. Tents are not provided by the Pop-Up Market.

Each vendor will manage their own station, including point of sale and employees. The Pop-Up Market will handle the marketing and management of the event as a whole, but will not be providing any staffing or assistance to individual vendor operations. Note that there is no access to power or wifi on site - charge your phones before the big day!

How much does it cost to be a vendor at the Pop-Up Market?

A 10X10 space is $150 per day. A 10X20 space is $300. Members of the Independent Shopkeepers Association receive a discount.

Do you provide tents?

No, the Pop-Up Market does not provide tents. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own. Make sure to bring stakes and weights to secure it from the wind!

Can I share a space with another vendor?

Yes! We require that you make those arrangements prior to submitting your application. The business name should include both businesses represented. We request that no more than two vendors share a space. Please apply using the email and contact information that you would like for the invoice to be sent to.

Scheduling: When do I move in?

Upon approval, all vendors will schedule a time slot for load-in. Vendors have three time slot options to choose from. Load-in can begin as early as 6:00 a.m.

How are vendors selected?

The Pop-Up Market jury carefully reviews each application turned in before the deadline. Due to limited space, not all vendors may be able to be placed.
